  1. It clears my skin up, any rash, ache, etc the clorine kills what cuases it.  the sauna should open up and clear the pores which is also good.


  2. Not as long as you moisturize afterwards.  However, it's h**l on your hair.

  3. No, it's good for the skin, especially the sauna, just make sure you moisturise after.

  4. It's not damaging in the sense that it causes permanent damage but it can cause a drying out of the skin.  But nothing some lotion couldn't help solve.

    its very bad

    the cholrine dries out your skin and then the sauna makes you sweat, losing your natural oils
