Does swimming underwater help asma?

i have asma and some one told swimming under water herlp it and ian swim under water even with my eyes open will that help my asma

The swimming is gentle exercise, and improved fitness does help asthma.  Swimming helps limit your exposure to triggers, at least while you're in the water.

So, yes, swimming will help.

YES!!! it helps A LOT! i have asthma my whole life and swimming has helped so much! if u have asthma, swimming is one of the best things u can do for it.
