yes it does. Just make sure you cut down the file size to less than 300kb or 30 secs. The reason I say that is because I have a windows mobile phone and it only takes files that big as ringtones. Anything bigger and the Set As Ringtone option will be greyed out.

Another thing, you need download and save the ringtone in the right folder. In my Pantech Duo, it needs to go in the My Documents folder
