  1. yes

  2. I don't think it's directly related to "helping" you get pregnant. It will make sure that your baby will get all the important nutrients & vitamins it needs in the very beginning. Folate is the most important to be taking before you become pregnant b/c the baby needs it the most in the first 18 days of life to help protect it from getting things like spina bifida. I read that back when I was prego w/ boy #2 back in 2006 (had him Feb 2007). If you are a woman of child bearing age you should be taking pre natal vitamins. We are done in the baby making department  (#3 was born March 2008) but I still take them. Good luck!!

  3. no. they do not help in getting pregnant. they only aid in helping your body prepare for pregnancy and help with maintaining a healthy pregnancy and baby.  you should start taking them at least a month before you plan on trying to conceive.

  4. yes, it's always good! always consult your doctor if you're taking fertility meds or things like Clomid, you can also ask a fertility specialist online for free for advice, try fertilityties.com

    good luck!!

  5. I don't beleive that it helps you get pregnant. What it does is make sure that your body has the extra vitamins that it needs in those crucial early weeks of a developing embryo's life.

  6. ummmmm no, but if you are planning on getting pregnant it is a good idea to go ahead and start taking prenatal vitamins.

  7. No that's false hun,

Prenatal vitamins are basically to ensure that your baby and your body stay healthy throughout the pregnancy, and keep certain vitamins in your system that you might not get from eating or drinking everyday. They are definitely a good thing to consider when your planning on becoming pregnant or are, but unfortunately do not make you more fertile.

Clomid which is completely different is what you would need to make you more fertile, maybe even ovulate more, which almost insures pregnancy if timed right, you can get it by having it prescribed by a doctor.

    hope this helps alittle
