Yes, they do it's usually 11pm to 7 am.

Some people help unload the truck then stock the shelves, some people are in the store waiting for the pallet of stuff so they can stock the shelves.  I used to work the truck team at target Its not bad but usually your locked after a certain time and can't leave unless of an emergency.
