yes...but you are going to need some specific data and research to back it up...i work in a program for developmentaly delayed adults where they help refurbish computers for day care centers and churches...once you teach them what it is they have to do and how to do it then they generally work at a very high level to produce an outcome...as for stats, 3s and %s you are going to have to do some research...
