Does teaching job comes under H1b visa? I not it comes under which Visa?

I m on H4 Visa need to start career in teaching.

Depends on what type of teaching and at what educational level you will be teaching - but yes most employment which involves teaching students will fall under the H1B and also, if you are teaching at university level, this employment is also excempt from the cap.
