Sure he does. What he did in 1969 was disgraceful, but that doesn't mean he can't talk about justice.

I'd listen to Laura Bush's views too, I just wouldn't get in a car with either of them.

It's probably his last five minutes of fame - it's no surprise that he was invited by the DNC - they're all singing from the same liberal hymn book. Ted talking about justice is akin to Ahmadinejad talking about tolerance.
