Does that garnier roll on eye stuff work?

the one that u roll the stuff on under ur eyes.. its like 20$ at walmart i was just wondering does anyone know if it actually helps bags under ur eyes or is just another product not to buy that would be a waste of money?

it works differently on every person.  But most of those products don't make a big difference.  I wouldn't say it's worth it for $20
