Does the Administrator account that shows up in safe mode effect anything?

Do I need it on there, because the normal account with administrative rights is not allowed access to anything really, for example the user accounts, or the safely add/remove hardware option. It says this account is the Owner, rather than administrator, and so I was wondering if this Administrator account affects anything, or what to do.

Do NOT play around with this account. Without it the machine can not install programs, even downloaded updates for some web browsing assistants.

You do need the account. This is the account to use if you have issues that you are working in Safe Mode and is the most powerful account on the machine.Because of this, you need to set a strong password for it so that others cannot use it to make changes to your computer. Good luck.

You can delete or rename.

but I recomended keep and put a good password that you can remember and use if necesary, or if you forgot the password of the another accounts.
