Does the Altamont Commuter Express have wireless access enabled ?

I want to use the Acerail. I would like to know if the train provides free wireless access - I went to the website and didnt find this information.

There was talk of this being enabled but I think the problem was maintaining a consistant signal in the many canyons the train passes through. Actually, I have heard that wireless internet was comming to the San Joaquin RTD commuter buses as well, which provide service along the same corridor.
