I'm thinking of buying the Apple Remote. Will it work to pause/play videos on sites such as youtube?

  1. Not sure how old this question is, but if it is still of interest: take a look at my Mac OS X app called Web Remote. It allows you to pause/play YouTube videos running inside Safari with your Apple Remote: http://www.webremoteapp.com/
