Does the Apple Time Capsule work with a non mac?

I am looking into getting a time capsule as a router/backup drive. I have two computers a macbook and a Dell pc. Does anyone know if the dell will be as easy to sync as the mac?

yes if you have vista or xp.

but it is better and can be put to full use (like wirless printing) with vista.
