Does the BED HEAD TIGI 1" Hair Straightener stink?

I read this review about the straightener and she said it was good except for the first 5 or 6 times it stunk. If you have one or have had one, is it true? Please help me!

    i have thick curly hair

    and it suckssssss

    im saving up money now for a CHI

    i waisted my money on the beadhead.

  3. yeah,for my hair it did.

    waste of 80 dollars! I returned it the same day I bought it.

    I have curly thick hair and it practically did nothing for me.
