Does the BioFit bra run small?

I ordered one in a 32DD last week, they didn't even carry that size in the store (they just went up to a C) so I couldn't buy it in person, and it hasn't arrived yet. Do the cups run small? And what about the band? Does it run big or small? I'm actually supposed to be in a 28 size band but obviously I can't get one that size from Vic. Secret. And I've read mixed reviews about it being smaller than normal and others saying it's just right.

Hi, I just got the 32DD Biofit 7-way, and while the band is fine (snug, but in a good way), I get the dreaded doubleboob. The 32DD cotton lingerie bras are my everyday, perfect-fit, but these won't work. If only they sold my size in stores...ah well, back to the returns department!
