Nope, not in the USA.  But it is not hard to have one threaded if you find a good deal on a 527.  Make sure whoever threads your barrel makes a thread protector for you as well, for those times you choose not to use the moderator.

Most of the threaded barrels stay in Europe, where, in many countries, the governments value their constituents' hearing and allow sound moderators to be sold over the counter like any other safety equipment.
