  1. No. No DSLR has video capabilities. If you get a camera with interchangeable lenses, you won't get video. So far this has been

    a technological limit but it may change some day.


  2. The XSi does not have video capability... no DSLR's have video capability.

    If you're interested in a digital camera that has video capabilty and manual features then you may want to look into getting an advanced point and shoot like the Canon G9 or S5.
