Go to GNC or some type of supplement/nutrition store and tell them about your concern. They will give you supplements to mask the drugs. This is what I've heard anyway.

I hope they screen the restaurant facility, so that no drugs come inside, but why should I care what the servers serve themselves when they are not serving customers????

Cheesecake does serve alcohol, but I assume that if an employee shows up drunk or stoned, 'e gets sent home and/or fired.   (I also hope that an employee who abstains from alcohol does not get fired for that!)

Provided it does not affect their performance (or my safety), what the servers do to themselves on their own time (and several hours before they come on duty) is none of my business, none of your business, none of their employer's business, and CERTAINLY NONE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S BUSINESS!

Likewise, what you do on your own time (and what I do with mine) is nobody's business, either!

I was a manager for them, and no they do not. The restaurant industry is the number one leading industry for drug and alcohol abuse. Its almost expected. But no they do not. They will if you get hurt on the job though.

First of all i doubt it.  But if they do, they will tell you during the interview.  If they tell you that they do and you still want the job go to GNC and buy a drink called Q-Carbo and follow the instructions on the bottle.  Also buy multi-vitamins to take, this way it is hard to see that the test has been altered by the drink.  :)
