  1. well considering the constitution was written so long ago, perhaps it should be updated to fit today's life style.  i'm just saying --- other things are updated with time.  just saying . . .

  2. Constitution is mean nothing after bush take over the power he declared him a Hitler and break United States and International law regardless. He is the terrorist not other.

i like the quote from Malcolm X " It is not democracy, it is hypocrisy"

    that came true !

  3. A> Congress approved this war B> the constitution has nothing to say about the federal reserve C> the 16th amendment grants the gov't to collect income taxes

  4. fits mine. you don't like it, go to the middle east.

  5. I think it still does but it just depends whose agenda you are talking about.

  6. It is an inconvenience for the criminal element holding top positions in our government.

They certainly have not let that inconvenience stand in their way, have they.  We'll see how things turn out once all of the Court challenges  are heard.  Hopefully there is some sense on the Bench.

BTW you forgot to mention the Security and Prosperity Partnership, to which the end game is a North American union.

  7. The Us government has over the years been gutting the constitution . This they have done for purposes of greed and Marxists Ideas .

  8. The Constitution is a major impediment to the New World Order crowd.  They have been ignoring it for years.  As you mentioned, the Patriot Act, waging undeclared wars, creating a national bank (Federal Reserve) to create inflationary debt notes, when the Constitution says only gold and silver are lawful tender.

For decades, our criminal politicians have been trying to disarm the American people.  They have passed legislation declaring what they will do in the event of a "national emergency".  Considering the fact that they lie to us, fabricate incidents, and make deals behind our backs, we can only assume that this "national emergency" might be something that they cause.

I would think that any attempt to impose martial law, would be viewed as a coup attempt.  I don't put anything past these people.

  9. Being that most Americans have very little idea what the contents of the constitution are and how they relate to real life, it is extremely easy for the national government to completely ignore it.  The agenda of those in power evidently does not coincide with the values of the constitution, else they would follow it.  So, "our" agenda...the peoples' agendas vary depending on what they think the government's roles should include.

But the income tax is legal because an amendment was passed to the constitution, and the constitution allows for amendments.

The illegal war is only occurring because congress refuses to take on the role it is given, ignoring its responsibility to either declare war or stop the war, while simultaneously voting and publicly supporting to finance the war (even those claiming to be against the war now...ahem...Obama and Clinton)

  10. Most people are too brainwashed to understand you. Our freedom is being stripped by the wealthy elite and they have people actually thinking the Democratic party platform favors the common worker.
