Does the DS lite browser work for the big DS?

Yes. It's the same thing for both. The site you odered from just added Lite to make it more obvious. You get a DS size cart with the browser on it, and you get a GBA size cart with the memory for the browser.  It's the same product for the DS & DS Lite. ( They both use the same size slots ) you can check out details at Opera.com but it's not very specific.  If you have other Internet options I'd avoid it...you can't reach java or flash sites very well.
