Of course, E train stop at 42nd St-Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Plus Airtrain JFK and (E) train, it takes about 46 minutes.

Step 1: Airtrain JFK

1. Take Jamaica train to Stadion D: Jamaica Station. (12 min ride) Put $7 in Regular (Pay-Per-Ride MetroCard) to exit $5 Airtrain system.

2. Take elevator to Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av, same card for $2 Subway.
