  1. Yes, it does violate your U.S. Constitution, and here are the results:

What can you and your countrymen do about it?

That's a very good question, S121, and shows that you have genuine concern. International Central Banking control has been an issue among the informed of your people from the days before the American Revolution right up till now with supporters of Ron Paul. Before I write on, I would like to offer a few quotes, two from (FreeMasons) - Benjamin Franklin and President Andrew Jackson and one from Abe Lincoln.

"The refusal of King George III to allow the colonies to operate an honest colonial money system, which freed the ordinary man from the clutches of the money manipulators, was the primary cause of the revolution. The colonies would gladly have borne the little tax on tea and other matters had it not been that England took away from the colonies their money, which created unemployment and dissatisfaction."

    - Franklin

Andrew Jackson promised the American people: "The Federal Constitution must be obeyed, states rights preserved, our national debt must be paid, direct taxes and loans avoided, and the Federal Constitution and Union preserved" (It is revealing that even then, in 1832, Jackson was concerned about the preservation of the Union, the issue that would supposedly cause the UNcivil war just decades away. Also, there was no such thing, at that time, as payroll or land taxes [direct taxes]) After vetoing the Bill that would renew and extend the charter of the Second Bank of the United States, Jackson again warned the American people by saying:

"It is regretted that the rich and powerful too often bend the acts of governments to their selfish purposes. Distinctions in society will always exist under every just government. Equality of talents, of education, of wealth, cannot ever be produced by human institutions. In the full enjoyment of the gifts of heaven, and the fruits of superior industry, economy and virtue, every man is equally entitled to protection by law, but when the law undertakes to these natural and just advantages artificial distinctions, to grant titles, gratuities and exclusive privileges, to make the rich richer, and the potent more powerful, the humble members of society - the farmers, mechanics and laborers - who have neither the time nor the means of securing like favors unto themselves, have a right to complain of their injustice to their government."

He continued by stating that he held "the belief that some of the powers and privileges possessed by the existing bank are UNauthorized by the Constitution, subversive of the rights of the States, and dangerous to the liberties of the people..." Jackson, who ran on the basic platform of "Bank and no Jackson or No Bank and Jackson," faced great oppostion, especially in the press of the United States, "largely because of advertising pressure." This meant that there were elements inside the business community and elsewhere which had something to gain by the re-chartering of the Bank.

As Jackson was leaving the office of the Presidency, he once again warned the American people in his Farewell Address:

"The Constitution of the United States unquestionably intended to secure to the people a circulating medium of gold and silver coin (See Article 1, Section 10). But the establishment of a national bank by Congress, with the privilege of issuing paper money receivable in the payment of public dues ... drove from general circulation the constitutional medium of exchange and substituted one of paper in its place."

But all of these defeats at the hands of Jackson and the American people didn't deter the bankers from attempting to re-charter the Bank. President John Tyler vetoed two more bills in 1841 to revive the Second Bank of the United States. So the Bank's charter expired in 1836 and, for the next 27 years, until the Banking Act of 1863, the U.S. had no internationally-controlled central bank. Jackson, by the way, was the only President, who with the determination of the American people, defeated the money changers and gave them back their debt. There was absolutely no national debt and no central bank by the time Andrew left office!

On February 25, 1863, an infiltrated and bought Congress passed the National Banking Act. This Act created a federally chartered national bank that had the power to issue U.S. Bank Notes, money created to be LOANED to the government supported NOT by gold and/or silver coin but by DEBT. And the DEBT was loaned to the government at interest, and became LEGAL TENDER. This Bill was supported and urged by the Secretary of the Treasury, Salmon P. Chase.

Lincoln, after the passage of this treasonous act, once again warned the American people. He said:

"The money power preys upon the nation in times of peace and conspires against it in times of adversity. It is more despotic than monarchy, more insolent than autocracy, more selfish than bureacracy. I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me, and cause me to tremble for the safety of my country. Corporations have been enthroned, an era of mass corruption will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working on the prejudices of the people, until the wealth is aggregated in a few hands, and the REPUBLIC IS DESTROYED."

A few months after the passage of the act, the Rothschild bank in England wrote a letter to a New York firm of bankers where S.P. Chase was one of its board members:

"The few who understand the sytem (interest-bearing notes) will either be so interested in its profits, or so dependent on its favors that there will be no opposition from that class, while on the other hand, the great body of people, mentally incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantages that capital derives from the system, will bear its burdens without complaint, and perhaps without even suspecting the system is inimical to their interests."

Now, what can you and your countrymen do about it?

    1. Stop voting. Registered Voting is a scam and only serves to give power of attorney, power and authority over you to obey their laws and regulations regardless of how tyrannical or insane. Giving power to liars by contract is suicidal. When you later come to your senses and point out their fraud, they exercise the power you gave them and declare your complaint as "frivilous." After all, the voter(s) authorized them to change the rules according to their changing needs. "Substantial penalty for early withdrawl," when uttered by liars, means "slight forfeiture" in one generation, "shot on sight" in the next.

    2. Withdraw your allegiance. Stop pledging allegiance to the bankrupt and corrupt United States government. YHWH only exalts (blesses) His Kingdom through those who give their loyalty to it. The POPE (PAPA; GOD of this world) is the one who "blesses" the U.S. He is the Holy Father of the masses, not YHWH.

    3. Get out of your present debt situation - loans of any kind, credit cards, etc. if you can. Buy some silver dollars at your local Gold and Silver shop.

    4. Educate and inform everyone around you who will listen. Surround yourself with people who are of like-mind and hold some meetings in your area. As Kandy said, "begin your own micro-economy of trade."

    5. Read and Study YHWH's Word daily. Unbeknownst to the majority, Messiah's Kingdom is a current and present reality. And it is available to any and all who repent.

(My family and I renounced US Citizenship a decade ago and have since given our allegiance to His government, the Kingdom of Heaven, the only legitimate and lawful rule for mankind. Yes, He is real! And we carry KOH Passports and licenses for all of those unbelievers out there who wish to persecute us for not bowing down to their demonic fictions.)

So, S121, and any and all others who may be reading this, COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE - Come on Home:

  2. The authority that determines what is constitutional and what isn't is the US Supreme Court.  You can disagree with them but ultimately they have the authority to make the decision. You can start a drive to amend the constitution to clearly state that an organization like the Federal Reserve would be unconstitutional. If the Supreme Court still refuses to accept your position we would have a constitutional crisis.

  3. Yes it does.  The Constitution gives the duties of Congress in Article 1, Section 8.  It reads:..."To coin money, to regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standard of weights and measures;"

Article 1, Section 10 says"..."No state shall...make any thing but gold and silver a tender in payment of debts;".  This section places an obligation on Congress to coin money out of gold and silver.

Nowhere in the Constitution is the power to create a central bank given to the Congress.  And the Tenth Amendment is quite clear when it states:  "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or the people".

I think that is pretty clear to anyone who understands English.  Our politicians have betrayed their oath to protect and defend the Constitution, and they have betrayed us.  There is only one solution.

We need to vote these criminals out of office, and replace them with public servants who will respect the Constitution.  We need to elect honest Americans.

The key to accomplishing this is to educate the American people.  We have been swindled by our own politicians, and it's our own fault for allowing them to do it.

  4. Yes, it is a hostile act against the people who demand democracy. The real culprits are the bankers, Rockefeller and Rothschild families.

You can start growing your own food and bartering with family and friends to create your own micro-economy. They can't stop you from networking with people who can offer you something in return for your goods or services. Making their money system obsolete is the only way to defeat it.

  5. YOU ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE.

Even if that choice is to quit your job.

    YOU ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE.

Even if that choice is to die.

    YOU ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE.

  6. There is very little if anything we can do about it.

  7. Vote for Ron Paul
