I have a hearing coming up at the F.O.C. Long story short...I let my ex keep his 401k. I even agreed to take it out for him and sign it over to him immediately. It would cost less for me to do it than for him. In my Judgment it states," It is further ordered that the defendant husband shall reimburse the wife for the tax consequences of making the withdrawal." It has been six years and he has never given me any money for this.It cost me over $1,600.00. Can i bring that up a the F.O.C hearing? Do they in force that?

  1. Not to be mean, but if it was child support, I bet you wouldn't be asking this question.

I say go after what he owes you. Sounds like he legitimately owes this to  you...
