It was very large painting inside the hotel.

It looks all right.

It is not a big hotel but

I do not think it is cheap hotel.

Yes the Gallery Hotel does exist.  However, their name is used in internet scams where people are offered jobs which don't exist and then asked to pay large sums of money for Visas and other such things.
