Does the Good Life Pest Repeller Ultimate AT work on getting rid of rats?

Where I work we have two warehouses that back up to railroad tracks. On weekends when no one is here we get rats in the warehouse and sometimes into our offices. We laid out Rat Poison and now we are looking for the dead rats and the smell is bad. Need to know if anyone has used these Repellers and if so can you recommend these for use in the warehouse and office area here in Florida.

I'll tell you this.  I just got mine.  I ordered it because my house gets infested with spideres, but I had to return it after only 1 day of use because it bothered my cats.  The manufactor claims the product will not affect humans, cats, dogs, fish or birds but my cats did not like it so that was it.  I also plugged it in next to a small spider that was in the family room and the sucker didn't even move.  I don't think this product works.  I don't know if the others do but I did not like this one and it was pretty expesive.  The one I got was almost $70, I know there are cheaper ones but who knows if they work or not.
