  It's a scam-  it makes you urinate and therefore makes you lose weight. Don't waste your money.

What it is essentially is a Juice Fast and you only will loose water weight.  Once you stop the diet, you will gain the weight back.  Look at the ingredients of the drink.  You could probably make it yourself in more quantities for less money.

Most of these diet drinks SEEM to work cos they contain diuretics - chemicals natural or otherwise that flush fluid out of your system.

You think you've lost weight cos you temporarily look more toned but the weight doesn't stay off.

It is far too easy to end up damaging your liver or kidneys or both (ab)using diuretics so don't do it!

Honestly any type of cleanser that you use will make you lose 6-10 lbs. in two days. So yes this drink would work.
