Does the Howard Stern Show Exploit Midgets, Crazies and Mental Deficients?

I'm curious to know what you mainstream folks think about the "Wack Pack" on Howard Stern. Are they exploited?

i think he really makes people look bigger then life at times.. i think if people really didnt wanna go on these shows ...they wouldnt call in too be on... its common sense really......
