In the imagination of authors such as Dan Brown, yes.

Apart from that, I very much doubt it - except for groups who decide to get together to constitute themselves as a latter day chapter of the order.  Rather as 19th century dabblers in the mysterious founded Druid orders and gave them totally spurious lines of descent from an imaginary ancient past.
