Does the Jonas Brothers fan line work in the UK?

Okay, I tried calling the Jonas Brothers fan line. I live in the UK, it never rang or anything the call just ended. I just want to know if it works in the UK at all, or if there is a number for UK fans?

I tried calling from my mobile by the way.

heyy umm... well i called the jonas brothers from a country really really far away and like that happened the first time but then i tried again and i put the numbers 001 before the fan line and it worked :) soo..i hope i helped :)
