Does the Motorola H670 Bluetooth Earset work with the virgin mobile wildcard? or do you know of any that do?

generally any certified bluetooth handset will work for any bluetooth enabled phone. So yes, it will work. Although, for better results, you could try purchasing a universal bluetooth handset, like Planetronics. But the Motorola one you are speaking of will still work.
