Does the Nikon CoolPix S210 have modes where i can take pics in black/white, sepia?

Nope.  I checked the specs on the Nikon website.  Nothing about B/W capability is listed (and they would list it if it had it).

Look at the review on this page:

It's got samples (about midway down the page) for the color modes it supports:

Standard, Vivid, Black and White, Sepia, and Cyanotype.

So yes that camera does have B/W and Sepia tones you can do in camera.
