Does the Oregon Health Plan cover psychiatric treatment, or have a mental health policy?

If you are referring to State funded Medicaid program, I am sure that they do.  

Please do not delay seeking help based on money, or the lack of money.  The bill can be settled and negotiated after you are safe and stabilized.
