Does the Pantech Duo come with free microsoft capabilities?

I want to know if the Pantech Duo as Microsoft editing and creating capabilities for free and does it come with it? Also dos it come with free internet

The phone does come equiped with Windows Mobile Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.  You not able to create any documents, but you are able to edit them.  This comes standard on the phone free of charge.  However, the Pantech Duo does not have WiFi.  So there is no free internet.  But it does run on the 3G network, what the oh so new iphone brags about.  So with a data plan, data is relatively fast.
