  1. I should imagine she has no idea what McDonalds is.


  2. She will not stand in line at a McDonalds that´s for sure.But I think she was  already curious enough to sent one of her footmen out to get her  a hamburger.

  3. 'I doubt the Queen does but Diana regularly took her sons and their friends to fast food restaurants including McDonalds.

      Very few   people of royalty or great  wealth  ever  eat  any fast  food restaurant  food.  

      They  have on staff a  nutritionist which  will not allow them to eat fast food.

  9. To my knowledge, Her Majesty does not eat or order from McDonalds, not when The Queen has such a vast array of potentially more healthy snacks in the palace kitchen.
