Does the queen of England have the power to say "after im gone charles will not be king but william will."

Does she have the power to skip charles if she wanted to?

  1. What is all this nonsense.  If Prince Charles dies before the Queen dies William is nothing.  The next in line is Charles brother Edward and his daughters.
