Does the RMV in Massachusetts grant hardship hardship licences to singled unemployed moms with minor children?

I am separated from my husband. My license was suspended for 90 days.

Just hide all your identification and claim you are an undocumented immigrant. They will give you a drivers license, pay your college tuition, subsidized housing, foodstamps, and free emergency room care.

If they do it is news to me.  I lived in the Commonwealth all my life up until five years ago, and I never heard of that provision.
