  1. Hola.  I live right next to the royal solaris here in SJD.  Getting around is pretty easy.  Like most of the hotels and resorts, they contract out to private drivers who own big white vans to shuttle their people around.  Same way as you probably got to the RS from the airport.   You have to pay though - probably cost about $20 to go to Cabo (a taxi would be $50).

Your other option is the really easy, reliable bus system.  If you walk up to the main highway and stand at the bus shelter you can catch a bus into Cabo and back for about $1.50.  There are also 'urbanos' (school buses) that will go by your resort and take you into SJD...for .50c but its only a 7 minute walk so its not really necessary.

Depending on what you want to do and see, you can find a mode of transport to get you there.  Any adventure tour you book will pick you up at your resort.

Go on the website www.loscabosguide.com for a really great detailed map of the towns of SJD or CSL.

    See ya here!

  2. They do have a shuttle taxi to Cabo San Lucas, and is about $15 USD per person, round trip. Sing with the concierge, departure every hour.

Royal Solaris is walking distance to downtown San Jose del Cabo, or just take the local bus outside the resort if for $6 pesos if you don't feel like walking or it's to hot.

    Enjoy Cabo
