Does the Speedo Fastskin FSII Jammer have a drawstring?

I have a FS2, but im not a boy, but at the centeral zones, im team michigan, everyone is requierd to wear a fs2, the boy's im pretty sure had a draw string cuz lots of boys wear a diff suit 4 warmups and have thier fs2 hanging around until the boys change into the fs2.

Yes...I checked eBay for actual pics and this one shows a drawstring.
