Does the U.S government look at every individual through satellite?

If the U.S government should look at people through satellites; if they have any issues can the government target the person; and ask the indiviual(s) for their assistance for whatever problem they have (either is national security or anything else)?

  8. They not only have a spy in the sky that can read a license tag size object ---but they also use imbedded chips in a lot of places including cell phones and other places you would not think of.

  9. Yeah spy satellite or satellite from defence can locate who is under open sky and infront of satelite camera,,,lens of suhc camera is so powerful which can locate such small things even.

  12. Can you imagine how hard (i.e. time-consuming) that would be trying to track  a bunch of people???  Such tracking is only for leadership of our enemies.

    some people but would not be able to track everyone at all times. Not yet!
