Does the UFC have a network TV deal?

because I'm watching it on WB 22/ CW whatever it's called.

They have a syndicated show called UFC Wired that shows taped fights, that may be what you are watching.  It is tied to the station, not the network.

The UFC does not have a network deal for live fights yet.

They did partner up with Spike TV. That is because of their "reality" show, The Ultimate Fighter. They also partner up for UFC Fight Nights, and also use that network to counter other MMA shows such as Affliction and EliteXC.

UPN shows fighs similar to Spike Tv's UFC unleashed. My Network Tv isn't going to have any live fights anytime soon.
