Does the UFC have a "fight of the night" for each event they host?

Well pretty much unless every single fight on the card is like Nate Quarry vs Kalib Starnes.

Yep, and submission and KO of the night.  This is just to give bonuses to the fighters for exceptional performances.

Before then it was a "TappouT® Submission of the Night" only.

And before the sub it was nothing.
