Does the UK accept International money orders?

Someone has asked if they can send me an international money order but from reading the usps website the UK isn't listed as a country which accepts them. Can anyone in the UK tell me whether I can accept them and if so, how do I cash it in? Thanks.

Try using Western Union, very good for money transfers and there a loads of places to pick up your money (should be a list on the website). http://www.westernunion.com/

All I know is the British Postal Orders they sell at the post office can be bought in foreign countries and sent here, or you can send one abroad so someone can cash it there, they aren't just for use in Britain.
