e.g. making proclamations without considering audience interest, or presuming audience interest without regard to audience differences - lack of empathy and response with others - etc. At least it might explain George Bush?

One could conclude that everyone shows some degree of AS in certain situations.

For example, you have shown a mild aspect of AS tendencies by your broad generalization which you articulated in your question.

We all have that tendency and inclination.  It is just the degree of behavior that generates a dysfunctional diagnosis.

And, neither you nor President Bush have risen to that level, imho.
