Does the USA have a IT solutions for it's Social Healthcare market.?

With regards to the UK primary healthcare system, we have some IT systems that look after all the UK market sectors covering independent operators, social services, health trusts, hospitals. Does the USA, France and Germany have IT systems that are similar.
