Does the Us Government still allow the grinding up of Animals after they have died and then allow that ground?

  1. NO! no meat meal, bone meal, or blood meal can be used in the feeding of animals. Feather meal and fish meal might still be able to be used.

  3. I think it depends on how they died and how, or what parts, they are "ground up" , I believe it is more regulated now _because_ of "mad cow".

    If the animals die in to proper manner, grinding up (certain parts of) them and feeding them to school children is allowed.

    You know the way you say that makes me wish I didn't have that cheeseburger for lunch.
