Does the YOK , the higher education institution IN TURKEY recognise graduation certificates?

try to get the correct answer from YOK directly. They have different desks for each country and it's always possible to check on the phone if they are recognize the universities in the country requested and department.

It does recognise some, but for a specific school please try to google it. Cause as far as i know they dont recognise them all
