Does the aero garden produce high quality buds????

Question

if not, can you put add ons like a brighter light? foil around the sides to reflect the light? air fillter to keep the buds fresh? things like that. if you have tried this and have had good or bad experience please post a comment because i want to know if its a waste of time buying one or not?
