Does the agility ladder help you with conditioning?

i need to gain endurance so will that help me?

  1. I haven't the foggiest as to what an agility ladder is, but I suspect that it can help.  Any exercise that you do will be beneficial to your conditioning, as long as it is moderately-to-very strenuous.

    Also look into swimming and long distance running.  Those are two of my personal favorites for helping with conditioning, particularly for combat sports.


  2. It can if you do alot of repitions and you will be gaining agility which is supposed to happen

    It can only help endurance if u repeat though so dont stop doing it till your lungs burn
