Does the area around Thistletown Collegiate Institute have crime or drugs happening and if it is safe to live?

I was planning to buy a house around Thistletown Collegiate Institute and i was wondering if it is safe to live or not? i will really appreciate your help.

    It is actually called 23 Division, but otherwise, you got the facts right.

    The better part of Etobicoke is 22  Division, south of Eglinton, west of the Humber river, east of the Etobicoke creek and north of the  Go train lines . Why ? No public housing and mostly old established middle class neighbourhoods, with single family homes.

  2. Thistletown CI is in an area of Etobicoke known as Rexdale. It has a reputation for being one of the high crime areas of Toronto, and has a continuing problem with gangs, drugs and gun violence.
