It can. The Army can do pretty much what it wants to.

Absolutely! My husband had orders for Germany and they cancelled it. Honey, the Army can do anything it wants. Don't count on anything unless orders are signed and your on the plane, in the air.

Not in my experience. Once you receive an order you must move wherever the Army sends you to. Only serious illness or a death in your family may give you an additional thirty days emergency leave.

they can and i ahve seen it through the years so its not just one thing they will stop if they need to take care.
